Rosita's is the best authentic south of the border home cooking I have ever had!

This little hole-in-the-wall restaurant is near my office and a great place to grab a quick burrito at lunch if you’re doing takeout. The staff is friendly. You definitely get the mom-and-pop vibe. My favorite item is the chili Verde burrito. Even though it’s not fancy, they have an abundance of outdoor seating.

Absolutely lovely food. Family run business, staff don't hassle you. We were there most of the afternoon chatting and no hassle from staff. Very helpful though when we wanted something

Located in Alviso Rosita's homemade salsa both green and red are second to none. Their chicken and vegetable soup is delicious. They offer plates with one, two or three items i.e. tostadas, enchiladas, burritos served with rice and beans or just the entree like carnitas burrito etc. There is plenty of street parking and outdoor seating

The tacos are different from the regular ones but tasty, I loved them.

Friendly people what make outstanding fish tacos, shrimp tacos and veggie burritos. The appetizer chips were a bit heavy and too salty, but the rest of the food made up for that. Outdoor patio was quiet and clean. We'll go back.

Best carnitas around! The rest of the food is damn good too. Been coming year for years. If you've never tried it, you're missing out.

Always outstanding!! Mole is some of the best in the Bay Area, carnitas is one of a kind best and Caldo Soup is superb!!

We go here all the time. The Enchilada's beat Maria Elana's hands down. The staff knows us, so it's like going home. Go for it. We did and never looked back. No waits either! Nice outdoor dining with the special side area if you want a little privacy.

If you didn't look close, you would probably miss this place. It's essentially a house partially converted into a restricted. Food was very good, and reasonably priced. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Alviso for some reason.

Excellent food with very reasonable prices. I've been going to Rosita's deli for many years. It is a very busy place with high-techer's from all around, so don't be alarmed if you go there about 12 pm - 12:30pm and cannot get a table. Get there earlier around 11:30am. Rosita cooks her own food with a special style and nice Mexican music ambiance surrounds the indoor seating. 5 STARS !!

Rosita's is my favorite restaurant in Alviso. It's a shame it doesn't get more traffic. There's a nice outdoor seating area with a lot of shade and a little sun depending on your preference. The food is incredible. Their chile verde is amazing. Nice spicy green sauce and very tender pork. The carnitas is out of this world too. Fried up crispy with great flavor, it's a preparation I've never had duplicated anywhere else. Prices are very reasonable and service is good too. This place is worth checking out.

To say I frequent this establishment is an understatement. I go not only for the fantastic Chile Colorado burrito and very reasonable pricing but for the very personal and homey service. We are treated like family and just like at Grandmas house, she is back there cooking away! I am transported to my Nana's home, god rest her soul, every time I eat here and part of the charm I crave! Do not miss this spot and I encourage you to sit outside on the patio and enjoy some authentic food made by some fantastic people! Thank you Theresa, Grandma, and Crew for making this one of my favorite lunch stops!!!!

Everything okay until I find out that the spoiled food that almost killed me was from there. I missed it for about two days, then on the plane. Cool people, some Mexicans who do not even speak Spanish. The food was one of those rolled up wraps, and had the meat spoiled inside.I just solved the issue in Brazil. If you go there, take a look at the food before chewing.Warm beer.

Born and raised in Alviso i ate here on the grand opening I highly recommend.
